Jeremy Hearn

Hi There! I am Jeremy Hearn, Professional Home Inspector certified with InterNACHI. Having worked in construction for over 20 years, I began inspecting homes in 2015, have since completed thousands of inspections, and have a passion to provide honest, reliable information to my customers.

I met Rob Matlock, founder and former owner of Nighthawk, when I first started inspecting homes where we worked as peer inspectors. After years of maintaining a professional relationship and gaining valuable guidance and insight from Rob, he relocated his family out of the area. I am ecstatic to be on this journey of owning a small business and I am honored to be the proud new owner of Nighthawk Inspections!

Sarah Matlock

Sarah is our primary Environmental tester and works for Nighthawk part-time. She had an interest in environmental testing and was looking for a way to supplement her income while finishing her studies. She is a valuable part of the team and gives us the opportunity to provide quality environmental testing services without having to fit it around home inspections.
