To ensure one call schedules it all for you, we believe it is important to align with other reputable service providers in the industry – and we do just that! When you schedule an inspection with us, we will gladly coordinate the pest and/or sewer services on your behalf.  

Our History

We were founded in 2017 by Rob Matlock, a United States Air Force Veteran, as a new career venture upon retiring from the military. Rob worked thoroughly and diligently to set the foundation of becoming a preferred Inspection company, a 5-star company with Google and Yelp, earning 2020 and 2021 Best of the Best awards, and cultivating long-lasting relationships with agents and clients across the service areas. In July 2022, Rob and his family relocated to the east-coast where they plan to permanently retire in the future. For now, Rob is busy building his new business, Nighthawk Inspection Group.

In 2023, Jeremy Hearn, alongside his wife, Heather, purchased Nighthawk Inspections! After more than 10 years as a certified inspector, having built two successful inspection teams, Jeremy knew the time to start his own small business legacy was approaching. After meeting in 2015 where Jeremy and Rob worked together as inspector colleagues, they developed a valuable professional relationship and would connect regularly. When it was time for Rob to fully move-on from the West Coast, it made sense that Jeremy would be the best and only option to entrust with the same level of quality and care that he provided all these years. 

Today, Rob and Jeremy continue to be great friends, colleagues, and trusted industry professionals. Nighthawk Inspections is proud to carry the legacy started by Rob and we look forward do continuing to serve our communities for years to come.
