Jordan

With nearly a decade of experience as an on-site superintendent working with general contractors, Jordan brings a diverse and hands-on background to every home inspection. His career spans (10) years in construction oversight, (3) years specializing in fire, water, and mold remediation, and an impressive array of additional expertise—including years spent in landscape and hardscape work and building custom cabinetry. Jordan also holds an OSHA 30 certification and, in a unique twist, is a certified organic farmer with (5) years of agricultural experience.

Jordan chose the path of home inspections because he finds it deeply rewarding to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Providing detailed reports and clear photos—whether uncovering issues or giving a home a clean bill of health—allows him to bring confidence and peace of mind to his clients. Knowing he’s making a difference by clarifying the true condition of a home is what drives his passion for this work.

When he’s not inspecting homes, you’ll find Jordan enjoying life with his family. He’s happily married. a proud dad to four wonderful kids, and has two Rottweilers, Odin and Loki - fur-brothers who keep things lively - and a fish named Oscar. A big football fan (Go 49ers!), Jordan also loves camping, fishing, riding dirt bikes, woodworking, and tackling projects around the house.
