What to Expect
Whether you're a first time home-buyer, seller, or a have purchased multiple properties, it is important to understand what you should expect during your home inspection.

The Basics
A home inspection is a comprehensive visual assessment of the home’s accessible systems and components.
It’s designed to identify potential issues, safety concerns, and areas that may require maintenance or repair.
The average inspection duration is approximately 2.5 hours and is determined by the home specs (age, size, foundation type, add-ons, and overall condition).
During the Inspection
We evaluate the grounds, exterior, roof, attic and insulation, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, irrigation system, water heater, bathrooms, electrical system, interior spaces, kitchen, appliances and sinks, fireplaces, laundry area, and garage.
Each area will be assessed for general condition, functionality, and any visible signs of damage or wear. Any materials present and locations of energy shut off.

After the Inspection
Once the inspection is complete, we come together to review the findings which includes a clear explanation of any high priority items discovered, as well as guidance on what may require further evaluation.
We’ll also do a walk-through of the home together to help you better understand the condition of the property and answer your questions.
You will receive your property inspection report within 1 business day following your inspection.
